The Website provides general information about LANi BODi STUDIO, our approach, events, consultation pathways, and services. Website content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a prescription, or emergency assistance.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care from an appropriate medical professional.

Submitting a public inquiry or the Start With You form does not create a physician-patient or other healthcare-provider relationship, schedule an appointment, reserve attendance, establish eligibility, or guarantee that any service will be offered.

Do not submit diagnoses, medications, medical histories, treatment photographs, payment-card details, or other sensitive clinical or financial information through a public website form. Clinical information, treatment consents, and clinical photographs must be handled through the secure system designated by LANi BODi STUDIO.

The public inquiry form is intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian seeking information for a minor should contact us directly rather than submitting the minor’s information through the form.

When you give permission for us to respond to an inquiry, we may contact you through the method you selected for that inquiry. Permission to receive ongoing studio or marketing updates is separate and optional. You may withdraw marketing permission through the opt-out method provided in the message or by contacting us. Withdrawing optional marketing permission will not prevent us from responding to a request you initiated or from sending necessary administrative communications.

SMS Terms. If you choose to receive text messages from LANi BODi STUDIO, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (678) 243-0505. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We handle mobile information and SMS consent as described in our Privacy Notice.

A consultation request is not a treatment appointment. Each service is subject to availability, an appropriate consultation or clinical evaluation, applicable consent, provider approval, and legal and safety requirements. Service descriptions, providers, schedules, prices, and availability may change.

Experiences and results vary by person. Nothing on the Website guarantees suitability, a particular result, a particular number of sessions, or uninterrupted availability of any device, provider, or service.

These Terms govern Website and inquiry use only. Separate appointment, cancellation, payment, and refund terms apply to bookings and transactions made through LANi BODi STUDIO’s designated booking and payment services. The applicable terms are presented before the relevant booking or transaction.

You may use the Website only for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy Website content through automated means, misrepresent your identity, submit another person’s information without authority, or use the Website in a way that violates another person’s rights.

Unless otherwise stated, the Website’s text, design, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to LANi BODi STUDIO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the Website for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

The Website may link to or use third-party services, including hosting, forms, maps, scheduling, communication, or social-media services. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not constitute an endorsement, and we are not responsible for a third party’s content, availability, or acts. Review the third party’s terms before using its service.

Our collection and use of personal information through the Website are described in the LANi BODi STUDIO Privacy Notice, available at www.lanibodi.com/legal/privacy. The Privacy Notice is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If a secure clinical system has a separate privacy notice or consent, that document governs information submitted through that system.

We work to keep Website information accurate and accessible, but the Website may contain errors or become unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LANi BODi STUDIO and Modupe-SJD Management GA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the Website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited and does not alter any rights or obligations arising from a separately documented clinical or commercial relationship.

These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning Website use that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Gwinnett County, Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the Website, our services, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date. The version in effect when you use the Website governs that use.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Notice constitute the agreement governing public Website use; separate written terms govern clinical services, bookings, purchases, and other transactions.
