How LANi BODi STUDIO handles information submitted through lanibodi.com and the Start With You inquiry form.

LANi BODi STUDIO is operated by Modupe-SJD Management GA LLC. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through lanibodi.com and the Start With You inquiry form. The public website is not a clinical intake form, patient portal, emergency service or substitute for medical evaluation.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, inquiry responses, interests, scheduling preferences, communication choices and how you heard about us. Our website and service providers may also process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as device, browser, IP address, cookies and security logs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your inquiry; provide launch or studio updates only when you separately request them; maintain consent and opt-out records; operate and protect the website; improve our inquiry process; and comply with applicable law. Inquiry information is not treated as a clinical chart.
How information is handled
The Start With You form uses Google services to receive and store responses. Our website host, email provider and other approved service providers may process information on our behalf only for services they provide to us. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety, comply with law or obtain professional advice. LANi BODi STUDIO does not sell personal information. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver communications and operate our services, but they may use it only to provide those services to LANi BODi STUDIO and may not use it for their own marketing. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Clinical information and photographs
Please do not submit diagnoses, medications, medical history, treatment photographs or other clinical information through the public website. Clinical records, treatment consents and clinical photographs must be handled through the approved secure clinical system. Submitting an inquiry does not create a provider-patient relationship or establish suitability for any service.
Your choices
Permission to respond to an inquiry is separate from optional permission to send ongoing updates. You may decline or withdraw optional updates at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing confidence@lanibodi.com. You may also request access to, correction of or deletion of your inquiry information. We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary to document consent or opt-out choices, protect security, comply with law or preserve an established clinical record.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, then delete or de-identify it when reasonably practicable. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no Internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Minors
The inquiry form is intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian seeking information for a minor should contact us directly rather than submitting the minor’s information through the form.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as our website and approved systems change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
